ORDER PROCESSING TIME
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment is confirmed.
- Orders placed before 5:00 PM (CET) on a business day will begin processing the same day.
- Orders placed after 5:00 PM (CET), on weekends, or on public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
After your order is processed, you will receive:
- An order confirmation email
- A shipping confirmation email with tracking details

SHIPPING METHODS
Mezam uses reputable carriers and postal services to deliver packages.
Your shipping method and carrier will be indicated in the shipping confirmation email along with your tracking details.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address is accurate and complete.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
Once your order is shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:
European Union
- France, Belgium, Germany, Poland: 4–6 business days*
Outside the European Union
- United Kingdom, Switzerland: 5–8 business days*

These delivery windows set realistic expectations, which is key for avoiding misrepresentation violations.
ORDER TRACKING
- A tracking number will be sent to you by email once your order has been shipped.
- You can track your package at any time using the carrier’s website.
If you do not receive a tracking number within 3 business days after shipment, please contact us.

LOST OR SIGNIFICANTLY DELAYED SHIPMENTS

If the carrier confirms the package is lost, Mezam will either:
