Delivery fees
We are pleased to offer free standard shipping for all orders, with no minimum purchase required.
Order processing time
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email. A second email containing tracking information will be sent once your order has been shipped.
Order cutoff time
Orders placed before 5:00 PM CET (Amsterdam time) will be processed the next business day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day.
Estimated delivery time
Once your package is shipped, the estimated delivery time is 4 to 6 business days.

Delivery locations
We currently deliver to France, Belgium, the United Kingdom, Germany, Switzerland, and Poland.
We currently do not offer international delivery outside of these regions.
