At Mezam, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you can request a return or exchange under the conditions described below.

14-day withdrawal period (Consumer rights in Europe and the United Kingdom)

In accordance with applicable law, customers in France, Belgium, Germany, Poland, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.

Return period

We offer a 30-day return period from the delivery date.
Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • If the return is due to a defective item or delivery error, Mezam will cover the return shipping costs.
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure secure delivery.

Refund procedure

Once we have received and inspected your returned item(s), you will be notified of the approval or denial of the refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please indicate this in your return request.
All exchanges are subject to product availability.

Non-returnable items

  • Worn, washed, damaged items or those returned after the 30-day period may not be refundable or exchangeable.
  • Gift cards and personalized items are non-returnable, unless they are defective.
